Greek has changed less in two thousand years than any other spoken tongue. Modern Greek is nearer to the Greek of Homer than modern English is to Chaucer (ca.1343-1400).

Many members join U3A to study languages that fascinated them but did not have time to persue. No prior knowledge of this most beautiful of languages (Greek) is required.
