The Weekend Walking group recently spent a couple of hours walking along the Papamoa Waterways.
We all thought the perfect reflections of the trees and bridges in the canal were stunning. Photos courtesy of Carole McFetridge and Diane Moult.
We regularly have between 10 and 18 members attend each fortnight and always enjoy a good coffee and some relaxation at the conclusion of each walk.
It has been nice showing Severine Dutertre, an English teacher from France who is staying in NZ for three months some of the special walkways within the Tauranga area.
Membership of the group is open so if you enjoy a good two hour walk on a Saturday morning get in touch with either Nancye or Eileen for details.
